Our goal is to be a trusted technology advisor and partner and help the entrepreneur navigate through all their options to ensure the technology helps them grow and not drain their business of resources through expensive payment processing.

With the introduction of cloud solutions, tablets, mobile technology, and Social Media Apps, the POS industry is evolving as retailers change the way they conduct business through technology. This has resulted in a wide range of sales opportunities.

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Solution Specialist your primary role is to prospect for, and close new business. Working with our team of technical professionals, you will use your industry knowledge to build relationships and consult new potential customers to discuss their business challenges and identify and introduce the services and products we offer that are the best overall solutions to their needs.

You will need to become proficient in all our POS offerings

Our Solutions include:

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business via cold calling to potential new clients and introducing them to our products and services
  • Gather data about their business and develop comprehensive solutions that meet their needs and budget
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers and manage it with an always closing mentality
  • Correspond with other sales professionals serving the industry and create or join a lead sharing club
  • Perform demonstrations of our solutions for potential customers at their place of business or in our demonstration room
  • Prepare and update proposals as needed and deliver them to the customer
  • Update our CRM and Salesforce daily and utilize their capabilities to monitor the sales process of each potential customer
  • Contact businesses to introduce our Credit Card Processing with the goal of receiving a current statement for quoting purposes
  • Find new businesses through research that are opening and introduce our products and services
  • Participating in Company sales meetings
  • Achieve performance and quota goals on a consistent basis
  • Assisting the marketing team in creating marketing campaigns designed to target specific retail markets within our geographic territory
  • Assist with social media marketing

  • Handling and overcoming customer objections through Product knowledge industry knowledge and knowing your competition

  • Business acumen and analytical skills
  • Payments are a key part of the retail industry; you must have a full understanding of how payments work and of all the options each of our systems has when it comes to payments and payment technology 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams and Zoom

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2 years’ Experience selling B2B.
  • The ability to demo our POS software.
  • Restaurant operation experience

Compensation:

Bi-Weekly Salary based on experience, Commissions based on the Profit of Sales, Spiffs on generated leads resulting in a Sale by Outside Associates
